In case you receive a damaged item please contact us within 48 hours from the delivery date for an exchange. We will replace the damaged item with exactly the same style, size and color. So we ask that you take advantage of the size chart on our website to ensure accurate measurements. All exchanges require a return authorization number that can be obtained by calling us at (646) 232-0369 or e-mail at info@j2hretail.com No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
All packages that are refused or sent back to us will be subject to a restocking fee of $10.00 per item.
